Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Interior Designer or Architect to join our team in an office-based sales and project coordination role. This position combines technical knowledge with client relationship management, ensuring projects are quoted accurately, coordinated efficiently, and executed successfully from inquiry to completion.

While the role is primarily office-based, occasional site visits are required to conduct measurements, attend client meetings, monitor project progress, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations, cost estimates, and project proposals based on client requirements.
• Meet with clients to understand project needs, present solutions, and provide product and design recommendations.
• Coordinate closely with the internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and technical requirements to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
• Prepare project documentation, material schedules, and project handover requirements.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively communicate updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, project coordination, inspections, and client meetings as needed (approximately 25% travel).
• Assist in resolving project issues and coordinate solutions with the appropriate departments.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to company quality standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Licensed Architect or Interior Designer is an advantage but not required.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and materials.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and quotation preparation. Knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to project sites approximately 25% of the time.
