Job Description:
- Assists skilled workers (carpenters, masons, welders) on-site
- Transports, loads, and unloads construction materials and equipment
- Prepares and clears work areas, including digging, leveling, and site cleaning
- Mixes and pours concrete, sand, or mortar as needed
- Follows instructions for basic construction tasks under supervision
- Observes safety procedures and uses personal protective equipment (PPE)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or elementary completion preferred
- Prior experience in construction or reservoir projects is a plus
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic safety practices on Philippine construction sites
