Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Analyst to perform testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished dairy or food products. The role ensures product quality, safety, and compliance with UAE regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory tests on milk, dairy, or food products to assess chemical, microbiological, and physical properties.
• Analyze samples for quality, safety, and compliance with internal standards and UAE regulations.
• Record, interpret, and report laboratory results accurately.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of laboratory chemicals and samples.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the laboratory.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field
• Experience in laboratory testing within dairy or food processing is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and laboratory safety protocols.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
