Tasks and Responsibilities

• Color match and formulate all products requested by customers
• Submit formulation sheets to Technical Head for costing/pricing
• Prepare samples, color swatches for customers’ approval
• Conduct quality control on products
• Re-work non-conforming products either in-process or returned
• Evaluate raw materials and substitutes
• Label retained production samples
• Store and classify retained production samples
• File and record controlled laboratory documents
• Prepare certificates of inspection for finished products
• Maintain good housekeeping of records, samples and all documents under their section
• Ensure confidentiality of information in regard to formulations, processes and operations within the department.
• Such other jobs as requested by the company.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• No work experience required.
• Recommended Skill(s): SAP, MS OFFICE, ISO 9001, 5S, TQM, TPM
