We are looking for an experienced FP&A Expert to support the Financial Planning & Analysis function for the Care Enablement business. This role focuses primarily on the commercial P&L, including internal and external revenues, cost of revenues, business-related SG&A, and statistical KPIs. The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance Business Partners and cross-functional teams to drive business performance and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare budgets and forecasts for organizational units and monitor implementation
• Analyze variances against budget and forecast, identifying key business drivers
• Develop financial models and business cases for investments, tenders, and commercial opportunities
• Conduct profitability and product margin analysis to support pricing and performance tracking
• Prepare management reports and presentations focused on commercial performance and KPIs
• Perform cost center controlling and support budget owners in financial management
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities including accruals and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and SOPs
• Collaborate with Accounting, Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, and other stakeholders
• Participate in local and international finance transformation and process improvement projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage
• At least 10 years of experience in FP&A, R2R, or related finance functions
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and cost controlling
• Experience in commercial finance, business case preparation, and KPI performance analysis
• Familiarity with IFRS and compliance/reporting standards
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment
