- Interact with customers in both Korean and English to provide exceptional service.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in company systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Utilize Salesforce for managing customer data and communications.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English and Korean; strong customer service skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with call center operations and CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
