The KOL Specialist is responsible for representing the Company's brand and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with top-tier TikTok creators, agencies, and key partners. The role focuses on developing partnership strategies, strengthening brand presence within the creator ecosystem, and serving as the primary point of communication between the Company and high-value creators. The specialist is expected to provide regular brand updates, promote the Company's value proposition, coordinate closely with Creator Managers (CMs) and Account Managers (AMs), handle partnership concerns professionally, and effectively manage communication during critical situations. Strong networking, relationship management, strategic thinking, and crisis-handling skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Company's brand professionally to top-tier creators, agencies, and external partners.
• Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with high-value TikTok creators.
• Regularly update creators regarding the Company's campaigns, products, promotions, and strategic initiatives.
• Promote the Company's benefits and partnership opportunities while maintaining strong creator engagement.
• Coordinate closely with Creator Managers (CMs), Affiliate Managers (AMs), and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and partnership execution.
• Develop strategies to strengthen creator relationships and expand the Company's presence within the TikTok ecosystem.
• Attend online and offline networking events, meetings, and industry activities when required.
• Handle creator concerns, partnership issues, and communication challenges professionally while protecting the Company's reputation.
• Assist in resolving partnership-related issues and manage communications during urgent or sensitive situations.
• Monitor relationship health and provide recommendations to improve creator engagement and retention.
• Prepare partnership updates, reports, and progress summaries for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• At least one (1) year of experience in TikTok e-commerce, creator partnerships, affiliate management, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to think strategically and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Professional, organized, and capable of handling high-pressure situations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in both online and offline networking and relationship management.
• Existing network within the TikTok creator, affiliate, agency, or e-commerce ecosystem is an advantage.
• Experience representing brands during meetings, events, or partnership negotiations.
• Strong crisis management and stakeholder communication skills.
