• Influencer Sourcing & Quotation

Reach out to TikTok and Instagram influencers (or their agencies) to gather rate cards and availability for campaigns.

• Negotiation & Budget Control

Negotiate pricing, usage rights, and deliverables based on internal budgets and campaign requirements.

• Contract Coordination

Follow up on agreement signing; ensure timely return of contracts and proper documentation.

• Campaign Execution Management

Align with influencers on posting timelines, creative briefs, and required deliverables.

Assist with clarifying scripts or outlines as needed.

• Publishing Follow-Up

Actively track and remind influencers to ensure posts go live as scheduled.

Troubleshoot delays or last-minute changes.

• Basic Performance Monitoring

Record post links, publish times, and top-line metrics (views, likes, saves, comments).

Support the team in analyzing performance for reactivation or blacklisting decisions.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or any related field;

2. At least 2~4 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media coordination, or a related field

3. Strong communication and negotiation skills

Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram creator ecosystems and content trends

4. Detail-oriented, organized, and highly responsive, with strong project ownership

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Nice to Have:

1. Existing influencer or agency contacts

Experience working with creator contracts or legal documents

2. Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, or Trello for task management

3.Passionate about the beauty and fashion industry, wearing make-up at least twice a week.
