KOL Specialist

• Identify, source, and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content creators aligned with the brand.
• Conduct market research to discover potential KOL partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
• Reach out to KOLs, negotiate partnership terms, and manage influencer engagements.
• Coordinate and oversee KOL campaigns, including product promotions, reviews, livestreams, and social media content.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and overall effectiveness.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs and influencer networks.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, and Operations teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign success.
• Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or any related field.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing, KOL management, or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible hours based on campaign requirements and live-selling schedules.
