Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and build relationships with content creators on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.
• Reach out to influencers via email, Instagram DM, TikTok DM and WhatsApp.
• Negotiate collaboration rates and campaign deliverables.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach to content publication.
• Maintain influencer databases and track campaign progress.
• Work closely with brand managers to match suitable creators with campaigns.
• Stay updated on social media trends and emerging creators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Comfortable using email and social media for outreach.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
