KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute KOL and influencer marketing strategies aligned with the brand's marketing objectives.
• Identify, source, and build long-term relationships with relevant beauty, skincare, makeup, lifestyle, and personal care influencers across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Research and evaluate potential KOLs based on audience demographics, engagement rates, content quality, brand fit, and campaign performance.
• Manage the end-to-end influencer collaboration process, including outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, product seeding, content approval, and payment coordination.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand activations to maximize brand awareness and sales.
• Monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, campaign requirements, and platform policies.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI, and sales attribution.
• Maintain and update the company's KOL database, including contact information, collaboration history, rates, and performance metrics.
• Manage influencer gifting, product sampling, event invitations, and PR packages.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, digital marketing, social media marketing, or brand marketing, preferably within the cosmetics, skincare, beauty, or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging creator platforms.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Experience coordinating influencer campaigns from planning through execution and evaluation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with influencers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
