- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly.
- Assist chefs with food preparation and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support the kitchen team during peak hours.
- Report any maintenance issues to management promptly.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen or stewarding environment preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices, ability to perform heavy lifting, and effective communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, assist in dishwashing, and support culinary team in various tasks.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, requiring physical stamina and flexibility in working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
