Job Descriptions:

• Greet customers politely and assist them with menu selections or product inquiries
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and procedures
• Ensure food quality, proper portioning, and presentation at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, kitchen, and service stations
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards strictly
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
• Replenish stocks, supplies, and display items as needed
• Support opening and closing duties, including cash handling and inventory checks
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate/ Vocational Course/ALS
• With Experience as Service Crew, Kitchen Staff and Cashier, Barista is an advantage.
• Fully Vaccinated
• Willing to undergo Training
• Complete Requirements
• With pleasing personality and physical appearance
• Willing to start ASAP
