The Culinary School Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient functioning of the school's kitchen, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality. They will manage the kitchen staff, coordinate resources, and maintain a high level of culinary education for students.

The Culinary School Kitchen Supervisor reports to the culinary school Branch Manager or a designated higher authority. They have the authority to:

• Manage and delegate tasks to kitchen staff members, including kitchen steward and utility
• Develop and enforce kitchen policies, procedures, and schedules.
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as administration,faculty, and maintenance, to ensure the overall functioning of the school.
• Make purchasing decisions for kitchen supplies and equipment, within the approved budget.
