Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas. Assists kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support tasks to ensure smooth and hygienic kitchen operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Clean and maintain kitchen floors, sinks, counters, tables, and work areas.
• Properly dispose of kitchen waste and maintain garbage areas.
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff with basic preparation and cleaning tasks.
• Ensure kitchen supplies and equipment are properly stored.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen supplies when needed.
• Report damaged equipment, safety hazards, or sanitation concerns to the supervisor.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
