Job Description:
- Works closely with standard recipes and plates presentation to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation
- Preparing meal ingredients for the cook, which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Undergraduate of HRM, Culinary or any related courses
- With work experience or Actual OJT/Training
- Ability to work in a team, communicate well, and follow sanitation procedures, hygiene, safety and to keep the kitchen clean and well- ventilated
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
