Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Steward to maintain cleanliness and organization in our kitchen. The Kitchen Steward is responsible for washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, and assisting the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, storage areas, and dishwashing stations.
• Dispose of trash and recycling properly.
• Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are followed.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Support kitchen staff with basic preparation tasks when needed.
• Keep floors, walls, and work surfaces clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or stewarding role is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
