Description

  • Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking fried chicken and other menu items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Assist in stocking ingredients and managing kitchen inventory.
  • Help with other kitchen tasks as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
