Description

  • Provides assistance to the Kitchen Department.
  • Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen as well as preparation of meal ingredients.
  • Retrieves ingredients from the refrigerator, freezer, and stockroom, measuring ingredients as per the cook's instructions, and removing leftovers from patrons’ plates, bowls, and glasses.
  • Ensure that all work areas are properly sanitized.
  • Knowledgeable on the proper handling of foods, procedures and removal of expired or spoiled ingredients from the refrigerator, freezer, and stockroom.
  • Display exceptional organizational skills to ensure the timely completion of kitchen duties.

Requirement

  • At least high school graduate.
  • Must be a resident of Legazpi City or neighboring towns or municipalities.
  • Proven experience helping in kitchen settings.
  • The ability to safely use kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Sound knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
