Job Summary

HHC Franchise Hub Solutions Incorporated is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food Cart Crew to join our Boss Fries and Boss Siomai team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving quality food products, providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily food cart operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Boss Fries and Boss Siomai products according to company standards.
• Take customer orders accurately and process cash.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food cart, equipment, and work area.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and preparation in compliance with food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and report low stock levels to the supervisor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and inventory counting.
• Promote products and provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate.
• With or without experience (experience in food service, retail, or customer service is an advantage).
• Friendly, hardworking, dependable, and customer-oriented.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Team player and willing to learn.
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Social media savvy is an advantage.
