THE JOB

We need high-performance culinary professionals who can dominate an Italian kitchen. You aren't just a cook; you are a guardian of quality. You will be expected to:

• PRECISION COOKING: Execute every CIBO recipe with 100% consistency. High quality, zero excuses.
• SPEED & FLOW: Hit standard serving times every single time. We move fast, and you must keep up.
• KITCHEN COMMAND: Manage inventory, follow FIFO strictly, and kill spoilage. We run a tight, profitable ship.
• HYGIENE & MAINTENANCE: Keep your station "magazine-ready." You are responsible for every utensil and piece of equipment in your zone.
• REPORTING: Submit accurate daily stock updates and station reports on time. No shortcuts.

OUR STANDARDS (WHO WE HIRE)

• DISCIPLINE: You follow SOPs to the letter. From portion control to sanitary procedures, you don’t deviate.
• PHYSICAL STAMINA: This is a high-heat, high-speed environment. You must be physically fit and ready to grind.
• GROWTH MINDSET: You show up for training ready to sharpen your skills. We only want the best.
• INTEGRITY: Honest, on-time, and strictly compliant with the company code of conduct. Zero drama.
• EDUCATION: A degree in Culinary Arts or HRM is a major plus, but your skill and speed are what matter most.
