Job Overview:

We’re looking for a reliable Kitchen Assistant who will also assist with deliveries as needed. The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for preparing ingredients, assembling customer orders, cooking meals, and maintaining a clean workspace in line with health and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh and high quality.
• Follow recipes accurately, measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients as needed.
• Cook using various methods, including baking, grilling, steaming, and boiling.
• Present and garnish dishes attractively for each meal.
• Occasionally serve food to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes.
• Handle and store ingredients safely, following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients, monitoring inventory levels.
• Accommodate special requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers.
• Execute opening and closing procedures as needed.

• At least High school graduate
• Less than 1 year of experience
