Kitchen production assistant key responsibilities:

• Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
• Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
• Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
• Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare ingredients, raw ingredients
• Molding, dipping, topping of ice cream bars
• Operating production machinery, ice cream making equipment
• Proper disposal of rubbish
• Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
• Making sure stocks, packaging, inventory are all properly organized
• Packing of finished products, sticking stickers
• Making sure kitchen is ready for production for the following day
