We're looking for an Assistant Cook (Thai Cuisine) to join the team at Thai Dayo Soi' in Angeles Pampanga. This is a full-time position where you'll work closely with our experienced Head Chef to help prepare and cook delicious Thai dishes for our customers. If you are not from Pampanga or not willing to relocate please do not apply.

• Assisting the Head Chef or team leads in the preparation and cooking of a variety of Thai dishes
• Ensuring all dishes are prepared according to traditional Thai recipes and presentation standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Checking inventory levels and communicating supply needs to the Head Chef
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to any customer queries or requests

What we're looking for

• At least 6 months to 1-year of experience working as an assistant cook or line cook in a Thai restaurant or professional kitchen
• Knowledge of Thai cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to food quality and presentation
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one
