- Assist in daily food preparation (cutting, marinating, portioning, packing).
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of ingredients and finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Follow standard operating procedures and food safety guidelines.
- Help with loading/unloading deliveries and stock organization.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or spoilage.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Must have kitchen experience
- Willing to work full-time or part-time
- Knowledge in butchery is a PLUS
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Hardworking, dependable, and a team player
