- Assist in the preparation of cold dishes, salads, and appetizers.
- Ensure proper sanitation and food safety practices are followed.
- Maintain inventory of cold prep supplies and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet service goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is a plus.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of food safety regulations, knife skills, and effective time management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare cold food items, maintain cleanliness, and assist kitchen staff as needed.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with potential for long hours standing.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication skills.
