Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming food orders from customers or platforms
• Assign delivery drivers based on location, availability, and order priority
• Monitor delivery progress and ensure timely completion
• Communicate clearly with drivers, kitchen staff, and customers regarding order status
• Resolve delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatch times, and driver activity
• Ensure all orders are complete and accurate before dispatch

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training is a plus
• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or food service preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
