Job Description
- Follows the Store and Mall Administration House Rules.
- Assists in implementing daily opening and/or closing procedures in the kitchen and prep area.
- Ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and proper hygiene standards at all times.
- Assists in the preparation of ingredients such as washing, cutting, peeling, and portioning according to standard procedures.
- Supports the kitchen staff in assembling ingredients and preparing food items based on standard recipes and portioning.
- Receives and stores raw materials properly using FIFO (First In, First Out) and labels items according to standard shelf life.
- Maintains sufficient supply of ingredients and kitchen materials needed for daily operations.
- Keeps the kitchen, prep station, utensils, and equipment clean and organized at all times.
- Assists in monitoring food wastage and properly segregates scraps and disposes of waste according to sanitation standards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor or Store Manager.
