JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- With experience as a Cook or Kitchen Staff
- Graduates of Culinary Arts, HRM (Hotel and Restaurant Management), or any related course are preferred
- Knowledgeable in basic food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Familiar with food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Able to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
- NC II in Cookery is an advantage but not required
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook basic food items
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
- Assist in daily kitchen operations
- Follow food safety standards
- Support team and follow instructions
- Help manage stock and ingredients
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
