JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• With experience as a Cook or Kitchen Staff
• Graduates of Culinary Arts, HRM (Hotel and Restaurant Management), or any related course are preferred
• Knowledgeable in basic food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
• Familiar with food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Able to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• NC II in Cookery is an advantage but not required

• Assist in daily kitchen operations
