- Assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and support chefs with inventory management.
- Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Stock and manage supplies efficiently
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support kitchen staff during service
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cook skills, kitchen hygiene practices, and stewarding duties. Ability to perform mise-en-place and work effectively in a customer-oriented environment.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen setting, requiring heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, reliable, and a positive attitude.
