Responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned key accounts to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. The role coordinates with internal teams to provide excellent service, resolve client concerns, and identify business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure timely processing and fulfillment of customer orders.
• Address client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and strengthen customer partnerships.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in account management or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for client visits (Manila area)
