Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned Modern Trade Accounts.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets
Coordinate with buyers and account representatives regarding promotions, listings, and inventory concerns.
• Develop and implement account-specific strategies and programs
Ensure proper execution of merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities in stores
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations
• Prepare sales reports, business reviews, and account updates
• Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within assigned accounts
• Coordinate with internal departments such as supply chain, finance, and marketing for account requirements
• Conduct regular store visits and market checks to monitor competitor activities and brand performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any 4 year course
• With a minimum of 3 years in sales management
• Has a Distribution, Leadership and Trainer skills
• With exposure in Modern Trade Management and FMCG
• Has an experience in handling of supermarket, chain store, drugstore and general trade
• With 4 wheels vehicle is required
• Willing to cover the areas in GMA
