We are looking for an experienced Key Account Data Analyst to support client accounts, sales coordination, and business reporting within the E-bike industry. This role focuses on account management, operational monitoring, and Excel-based reporting — not IT or software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support relationships with existing clients and key accounts
• Coordinate with clients regarding orders, concerns, and account updates
• Prepare sales, account, and operational reports using Excel
• Monitor account performance, sales activities, and client feedback
• Identify business opportunities and support account growth initiatives
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and client databases
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in account management, sales operations, or business analysis
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts
