Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with an organization's most important clients. The role focuses on understanding client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions, and work to maintain long-term partnerships that support the company's business objectives..

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any 4 year course
• With at least 3 - 5 total years experience in handling Modern Trade Accounts

• Knowledgeable in managing key accounts such as supermarkets, convenience stores, and drugstores

• Strong background in sales, account management, and business development

• Good negotiation and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Able to analyze sales performance, inventory, and market trends

• Can work independently and handle multiple accounts

• Willing to do field work and client visits

• With 4 wheels vehicle is required
