Key Account Representative

We are looking for a proactive Sales Associate to drive our business-to-business (B2B) growth within the media and advertising industry. In this role, you will identify high-value commercial opportunities, develop persuasive proposals, and build lasting professional relationships with corporate clients. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence by matching our advertising solutions with the strategic needs of various businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor industry databases and portals to identify new business and bidding opportunities
• Evaluate requests for proposals (RFPs) and solicitation documents to assess strategic fit
• Develop B2B sales strategies including setting targets, timelines, and action plans
• Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the corporate sector
• Lead the preparation of bids and sales proposals ensuring all technical and commercial requirements are met
• Collaborate with production, finance, and legal teams to gather information for compelling bid content
• Ensure all submissions comply with industry regulations and company standards
• Track submitted bids and respond promptly to client clarifications or information requests
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to improve the company’s win rate
• Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, outcomes, and market insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Open for Fresh Graduates
• At least 6 months of experience in any sales role is preferred but not required
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of procurement processes or PhilGEPS is a plus but not required
• Willingness to travel or perform field work for business purposes

Salary and Commissions

• 2.5% Commission based on Gross Profit
• Quarterly Incentives and Year-End Bonus
