Main Responsibility:

Serves as the main representative and primary contact for assigned accounts, responsible for developing and growing the area through effective account management, new placements, and business development. Conducts regular customer calls, business reviews, sales forecasting, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and execute strategic programs. Ensures proper product and POS material placement, accurate reporting, and timely collection and remittance of payments in compliance with company policies. Handles customer concerns professionally, monitors trade marketing activities, and prepares required documentation to support business performance while adhering to company rules and standards.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.

With 3 to 5 years of solid sales experience, ideally in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

Knowledgeable in sales distribution, customer service systems, and sales operations management

Must have a valid Professional or Non-Professional Driver’s License with Restriction Code 12/123 or AB/ABC.
