Key Account Manager for Modern Trade Luzon upto 70k

The Key Account Manager (Modern Trade) is responsible for driving sustainable sales growth and strengthening business partnerships across major modern trade accounts. This role focuses on achieving sales and revenue targets, expanding product distribution and store coverage, executing effective trade initiatives, and building strong relationships with retail buyers and key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed assigned sales, revenue, and business growth targets across designated modern trade accounts.

Expand Distribution: Increase product availability, distribution, and store coverage across key retail channels and accounts.

Manage Key Accounts: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail buyers, category managers, and other key stakeholders.

Execute Trade Activities: Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and other trade initiatives.

Ensure Pricing Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to approved pricing, promotions, and commercial agreements across assigned accounts

Identify Growth Opportunities: Develop new business opportunities and initiatives while maximizing sales potential within existing accounts.

Monitor Account Performance: Track sales performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve account profitability and overall business results.
