Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Monitor loan schedules and payments
• Create payment transactions using online banking
• Assist in payroll systems, deductions, taxes, and benefits
• Assist in managing financial records in compliance
• Review incoming and outgoing invoices
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Handle petty cash disbursement
• Encode receipts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounting Staff or in a similar accounting role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with Bizlink is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Good critical reasoning abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
