• Reports directly to the Head of Accounting and Tax;
• Records day-to-day accounting transactions of the company;
• Handling of receivables and payables of NRMP Supplies;
• Handles sales transactions, including preparation of quotations, sales orders, and invoices;
• Maintains accurate inventory records of office and operational supplies;
• Maintains both hard copies and scanned copies of supporting documents for all recorded transactions;
• Prepares monthly financial reports of the company, including the Lead Schedule;
• Files required tax returns and ensures that all filed returns are properly scanned, saved in Google Drive, and filed as hard copies;
• Coordinates payment follow-ups with clients; and
• Performs such other duties as may be assigned by the Employer or immediate superior from time to time, either through written or verbal instructions, depending on business operational needs.
