About the role

We are seeking a skilled

Accounting Associate to join our dynamic team at SMWPI Wood Products,

Inc. in our Binondo, Manila City office. As an Accounting Associate, you

will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day financial

operations of our thriving organisation. This full-time position offers

an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our

wood products business.

Key responsibilities

• Assist
• with the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records,
• including accounts payable and receivable and general ledger.
• Perform data entry, document processing, and filing to ensure efficient record-keeping
• Provide support in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Fresh graduates or with less than a year of experience are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
• Familiarity with accounting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements
