Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in accounts payable, client communication, and encoding. This role will focus on processing invoices, managing vendor accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage vendor accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Encode and update financial data into the system.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communicate with vendors or internal departments when needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in an accounts payable role.
• Strong communication skills with experience handling client inquiries.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (or other relevant tools).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
