Job Title: ACCOUNTING STAFF

The Accounting Staff is responsible for supporting daily financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work collaboratively within the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process accounting documents such as invoices, receipts, and journal entries
• Maintain and update financial records and reports
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Assist in audits and compliance requirements
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, and basic reporting)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Experience in accounting or finance is an advantage
• Familiarity with accounting systems/software is a plus
