Job description:

• Data Encoding: Enter financial and transactional data accurately into accounting systems.
• Billing & Collections: Handle end-to-end billing and collections to ensure timely, accurate payments.
• AP/AR Shared Services: Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment management.
• Team Support: Provide general assistance to the accounting team for daily operations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Travel and Tourism, Business Administration or related field.
• minimum of 1 year experience
• Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.
• Familiarity to any accountng software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Exel and office applications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
