The Accounting Staff is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the construction company by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. This role plays a key part in tracking project costs, managing payables and receivables, and assisting in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and process invoices, billing statements, and payment collections
• Monitor and reconcile project-related costs and expenses
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly reports
• Maintain general ledger entries and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
• Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards
• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
• Coordinate with project managers regarding budgets, cost tracking, and financial updates
