JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with Accounting Head for issues encountered.
- Maintains an accurate filing system of vouchers, invoices, and other related documents
- Verify payment authenticity and reconcile discrepancies
- Verify check or payment for suppliers and utilities
- Record and reconcile customer payments across various methods (e.g., checks, transfers, and credit cards) against open invoices
- Maintained detailed ledgers, track cash flow metrics, and prepare documentation for financial audit
- Generate daily payment summaries, collection reports, & identify failed, pending & unidentified payments
- Cross department collaboration
- Other tasks may assigned
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate in Accountancy or Business related course
- With at least 1 year of work experience
- Knowledgeable in accounting system and computer programs
- With good communication skills
