Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including financial reporting, compliance, and general ledger management
• Oversee costing and job costing processes to ensure accurate cost allocation and profitability analysis
• Establish and strengthen internal controls and cash management processes
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reports and insights for management decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement of accounting systems and processes for efficiency and scalability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field
• At least 8–10 years of experience in a Senior Accounting Manager role
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Willing to work onsite in Dasmariñas, Cavite
• Available to start as soon as possible
• Willing to attend face-to-face interviews
