Role: Sales Admin/Appointment Setter

Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: Pampanga, Cebu

Schedule: Morning shift


Job Description:

1. Appointment Setting:

- Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, and social media to schedule appointments for the sales team.

- Confirm and reschedule appointments as necessary.

- Maintain a detailed log of all communication with prospects and clients.


2. Administrative Support:

- Assist the sales team with data entry, managing customer databases, and updating records.

- Prepare and distribute sales materials, proposals, and presentations.

- Handle client inquiries and provide information about products and services.

- Setting & Scheduling Bookings

- Managing tasks from multiple stakeholders (internal & external)

- Creating Quotes & Lodging Applications

- General Administrative Duties


3. Communication and Coordination:

- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and clients to facilitate communication and ensure inquiries are addressed promptly.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure they have all the necessary information and materials before meetings.


4. Customer Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.

- Follow up with clients post-appointment to gather feedback and address any concerns.

Requirement

Qualification and requirements:

1. Qualifications:

- AU Market: Energy/Solar/Airconditioning Industries

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles with Australian Clients

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Dataforce, Xero, HubSpot).

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.


2. Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

- Energy, Renewables or Solar Industry Experience AU (MUST)

Heat Pump, Aircon Industry knowledge (advantageous)

- Exceptional written & verbal English

- Support & Appointment Setting Experience

- Worked with Australian Clients/Market

- Knowledge of Xero (would be preferred, but not a must)

- Knowledge of Dataforce (would be preferred, but not a must)
