Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs on properties, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural repairs
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and resolve them promptly
• Assist with property renovations and improvements
• Maintain and manage maintenance tools and equipment
• Record maintenance work and material usage to ensure inventory management
• Coordinate with other team members as needed to ensure efficient completion of tasks
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
