Position: Java Developer - Japanese Bilingual

As a Software Developer, you will participate in multiple aspects of the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables clients’ hybrid-cloud and AI journeys, working with the latest technologies to deliver high-performing, reliable, and maintainable applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analytical Problem-Solving and Solution Enhancement: Analyze, validate, and propose improvements to existing issues with support from the architect and technical leader.
• Comprehensive Engagement Across Process Phases: Participate in every stage of the process—design, development, testing, release, and troubleshooting—while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Strategic Stakeholder Engagement and Innovative Coding Solutions: Lead key discussions with stakeholders, analyze system landscapes, and develop creative and efficient coding solutions.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Solid experience in application development using Java Web (J2EE) and REST Web Services
• Experience with Vue.js and DB SQL (DB2)
• Proficient in the Japanese language (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
• Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (day, mid, or night shift)
• Willing to work in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub) or Cebu
